The next BBC governors?

Article Abstract:

The Communication Act contains a great deal that brings BBC under Ofcom in terms of competition issues making some form of change in the BBC's regulation inevitable through Charter review. However, one has to wait and see whether the BBC system of governance will survive the charter review or will the Ofcom take over and become the new governors of BBC.
