The Independent Television 1 (ITV1) is leading the weekly television channel rankings with 33 percent audience share for "Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway". The television channel is more relaying on presentation and talent rather than the television formats. The market shares of various other channels are also presented.

Corrie Confidential helps ITV's afternoon revival

The increase in ITV1's market share from 8% in 2006 to 13% in 2007 along with a rise in its audience ratings by 65% from previous year is discussed. Coronation Street Confidential and Dancing on Ice are the two programmes that contributed to this ascent.

ITV1 beats all comers as nation gets jungle fear

'I'm a Celebrity...'and 'Celebrity Fit Club' have made ITV1 a leader in the ratings as compared with other commercials. 6.6% share overall was notched by Channel Five, but ITV1 was king of the channels with 36% share.
