Existence of equilibrium and price adjustments in a finance economy with incomplete markets

Article Abstract:

The two-period equilibrium model of incomplete markets to prove the existence of equilibrium in the financial economy is presented. A method for new price adjustments is proposed.

Individual excess demands

The one-customer model is analyzed for excess demand function to express a relation between utility functions. A proof is derived for Sonnenschein- Mantel--Debreu theorem.
