CH-47F/MH-47G improved cargo helicopters

Article Abstract:

The CH-47 cargo helicopter that is used to transport ground forces, ammunition and critical cargo in support of worldwide combat and contingency actions, after undergoing a parallel upgrade of special operations is designated as the MH-47G. The remanufacturing program includes a new digital cockpit, airframe modifications and the complementary installation of more powerful and Honeywell T55-GA-714A engines.

Article Abstract:

Tomahawk was originally designed as a hand weapon, but also used for non-explosive breaching operations, egress, and excavation. Tomahawk is a universal tool used to break windows, knock padlocks off, cut through things and punch holes in stuff.

High-tech training - low-tech training

Article Abstract:

The initial entry training of the Army reflects the lesson-learned from the experiences taken from the contemporary operating environment. Details of the various high-tech and low-tech trainings provided to the soldiers are discussed.
