Another intelligence agency for India?

Article Abstract:

India is considering the creation of yet another government agency gather, collate and evaluate military intelligence after it failed to detect the intrusion by Pakistani soldiers and Islamic mercenaries in Kashmir in summer 1999, that resulted in 11 weeks of fighting. The agency will include officers from the defense services, the international intelligence-gathering Research and Analysis Wing and the internal Intelligence Bureau.

Pakistan scores over India in ballistic missile race

Article Abstract:

India has announced a moratorium on nuclear tests and declared its intention of signing the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty. However, there is concern in the country that Pakistan will use this opportunity to gain ballistic missile superiority.
