MV-22 pilot transition plan

Article Abstract:

Marine Corps are employing people with right skills for the manpower piece as the MV-22 is approved for full-rate production in September 2005 and the standup of the first fleet squadron, Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 263 (VMM-263). In order to successfully transition to an MV-22 community, the Marine Corps must balance risk with operational requirements.

Understanding Marine Corps recruiting

Article Abstract:

The basic understanding of the enlisted recruiting processes of the military in the Marine Corps and the state of recruiting is discussed. Nearly 40,000 young men and women are enlisted to be recruited every year to the Marine Corps Recruiting Command.

Effective marketing is credited with the Marine Corps. successful recruiting efforts over the last seven years. Successful recruitment commercials aimed at the "millennial" generation and other marketing campaigns are described.
