Military sealift command maintains an accelerated pace

Article Abstract:

The U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command (MSC) has undertaken one of the largest and fastest military cargo movement since World War II during Operation Iraqi Freedom that involved 250 ships including combat logistics force ships serving the Navy fleet. MSC planners are contemplating the back-load of cargo delivered for rotating U.S. forces as efforts continue to support of the second phase of the operation.
