Norwegian producer freezes on to its field rations to meet growing military appetite

Article Abstract:

Drytech AS (Tromse, Norway) in 2006 is expanding its production capacity of freeze-dried field rations to meet growing demand from military customers, with the investment in extra machinery likely to expand capacity by 20-30% by the end of 2006. The company supplies freeze-dried meals to the armed forces of Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the UK, and is planning to offer its products to military customers outside Scandinavia and also to civil defense and non-governmental aid organizations.

Norway orders Vingtaqs II observation demonstrators
