Sonar is the prime sensor of the submerged submarine ensuring undersea situational awareness and decisive tactical advantage. S-cube is the latest generation Thales submarine sonar system and is a natural evolution of the highly successful TSM 2233 series that follows the tradition of utilizing latest available COTS hardware but introduces truly open system architecture, providing first class performance, maximum flexibility, improved through life support and ease of incremental upgrade.

Sonar, the prime sensor of the submerged submarine, accurately detects and discriminates target contacts from countermeasures and background environmental noise.
