Marine Aviation Campaign Plan

Article Abstract:

A revision of the Marine Aviation Campaign Plan (MACP) resulted in a number of fundamental changes to the 'core areas' contained in the original. Primary to this is the efforts centered on operations, training and, in particular, combat readiness. The MACP's flying hour program has been designated as flight operations and aviation manning has been divided into two core areas, aviation manpower (enlisted) and aviation manpower (officer).
