MAG-14 NCO leadership program

Article Abstract:

The Marine Aircraft Group 14 (MAG 14) team established the noncommission officer (NCO) leadership program that directly supports the Marines through active mentoring provided by the NCOs. The Commanding Officer of MAG-14 established the Nathan P. Dodd Leadership Award for NCO excellence and leadership in honor of LCpl Nathan Dodd.

Article Abstract:

Major Douglas W. Bogue, USMC (Ret) passed away on 5 March 2004, in Lompoc after a protracted illness. He was awarded the prestigious Legion of Merit award for his exceptionally meritorious conduct as a Marine. He had escaped from the Prisoners of War Camp, Philippine Islands during World War II after killing his enemy guard.
