Both the $700 Marantz DP870 and $749 Harman Kardon ADP303 Dolby Digital decoders are reasonably priced products that offer excellent sound in a home theater system. They are easy to set up and calibrate. Their performance compares favorably with that of the $4,495 Meridian 565 decoder.
