Troubling stories: why did 92 babies die at a Winnipeg hospital?

An astonishing 12 out of 32 babies who had heart surgery at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg in 1994. An investigation is being held, and preliminary reports point to incompetence and infighting between the program's chief surgeon and his assistant.
