E-commerce firm in talks to be acquired

Ont.-based Dynasty Components Inc. is negotiating to acquire a telephone company in an effort to compete in the e-commerce sector with rival Montreal, Que.-based Bce Emergis Inc. Industry analysts said that Dynasty Components may be talking to Telus Corp., AT&T Canada Corp. and Saskatchewan Telecommunications.
