Aeroplan members hit with new fees

Airline customers will now be charged a $25 fee when they attempt to redeem their Aeroplan frequent flier program points. Air Canada, which is struggling to restore profitability, is also adding a new $50 fee to help to cover fuel costs.

Nav Canada raising fees to cover fall in travel

Nav Canada is increasing its rates on August 1, 2003 in order to compensate for the drop in air travel. The air traffic control operator will increase rates 6.9%.
