Battle over Molson could end in a draw

Molson Inc. plans not to sell its shares in this 218-year-old family business and plans to preserve it by merging with Adolph Coors Co. A shareholder vote to decide the fate of the Molson-Coors union is scheduled for mid-December 2004.
