Architel sale jeopardized by lost customer

Article Abstract:

ICG Communications Inc. of Englewood, CO, will stop using two of three products it licenses from telecommunications software developer Architel Systems Corp. ICG has also decided not to tap Architel for professional services. Architel has been hired by ICG Communications to integrate the automation of the telecom company's customer management, network inventory management and new service activation systems, but Architel failed to deliver. The loss of its largest customer is expected to jeopardize the proposed acquisition of Architel Systems by Amdocs Ltd.
