Article Abstract:

A political satire describes the diaries of Australian political activist Bill Hayden. Fictional exploits of Hayden witnessing the sexually compromising encounters of Australian public figures is described. Comments on the hypocrisy of government policy are given. Hayden's retreat from political scandal and conflict is described. The relationship of Hayden to the Australian Labor party is comically described.

Prime Minister John Howard has concerns over how the One Nation party has disrupted national issues. Opposition leaders contend that the One Nation party may leave voters thinking about what its national policies will do for an average Australian. However, the government realizes its emphasis on the One Nation party may end up costing the Coalition crucial seats in the Senate.

Australians who voted for the One Nation Party voted for a change, which was a vote against every other party and the Goods and Services Tax (GST). They knew that the One Nation is the only party that could deliver on its promises. John Howard and his government introduced GST out of desperation, but many contend it will not solve all the problems.
