Bombardier results disappoint but Tellier says it's 'on track'

The aerospace division of Montreal, Que.-based Bombardier Inc. has contributed to weak first quarter results for the train and plane manufacturer. Bombardier, which is led by president and chief executive officer Paul Tellier, has been hurt by a lagging airline industry.

Bombardier issue fetches $1.2-billion to boost capital

Paul Tellier, the new chief executive officer and president at Bombardier Inc., has announced that the aircraft maker launched an equity issue. The issue, which is expected to raise up to $1.2 billion, will be divided between institutional investors and other investors.

Bombardier chief Tellier holds to jet sales forecast
