The property market, which generally sees a downturn during the summer season, strengthens during February every year but analysts predict that the year 2004 will be a buyerEs year. Property buyers will however have to guard against increased mortgage rates as many say the interest rates are expected to rise and experts suggest that investment in commercial properties may fetch good returns.
