Article Abstract:

The World Wildlife Fund has issued a report indicating the harmful impact of pesticides on insects that benefit agriculture. The report,'Beneficial Bugs at Risk from Pesticides,' suggests a ban on such harmful sprays, an evaluation of genetically engineered crops and more organic farming. The report also calls for stricter enforcement, as no cases have been filed by the Pest Management Regulatory Agency against violators of the Pest Control Products Act.
