Article Abstract:
Canadian skier Kerrin Lee-Gartner overcame injuries to win a gold medal in the women's downhill in the 1992 Winter Olympics. Skiing came naturally to the British Columbia native who was influenced by another Canadian gold medalist, Nancy Greene.
