CRTC hearing to set tone for TV's future

Global Communications Ltd. and Toronto, Ont.-based CTV Inc. will testify before federal broadcasting regulators over proposed changes in licensing regulations. The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission are trying to redefine rules governing relationships between broadcast and newspaper companies.
