CRTC sets tough guidelines to deregulate telecom industry

Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has said that the big phone companies in Canada will lose twenty five percent market shares in the local phone sector before the federal regulator loosens its chains. Details of the new regulations are presented.
