Canada-US group trims list of transborder crossing routes

Article Abstract:

Canadian and US governments are narrowing down the number of bridge routes from 15 to seven for proposed construction of Detroit-Windsor border crossing. The bi-national partnership, Border Transportation Partnership says, the 15 routes considered for constructing the transborder crossing across Detroit River, came down to seven which will be further reduced to three or four, followed by the public consultations.

Superior Plus Income Fund, Canada's largest propane distributors that is best known for its familiar propane tanker trucks, announced on May 2004 that it is branching out into drywall, a business with seemingly few 'synergies' with Superior's other operations. Superior conglomerate model is unique among Canadian trusts, where majority select a specific business and continue with what they know.
