Peter Smedley, the master mind behind Colonial, is eager to make more acquisitions to add on his financial institution. He hopes to takeover a prominent financial services company in Britain to complete his vision of creating Australia's first financial institution that delivers such products as bank accounts, insurance policies and funds to customers.

Joss is an advocate of scale, taking over smaller banks and supporting mergers, while O'Neal defends slower, organic growth.
