States conflicted

Article Abstract:

The introduction of emergency contraception pills into the U.S. market in the year 1998 have resulted into birth controls debates leading the providers to refuse to dispense the pills, to rape victims thus claiming it as the cause of early stage abortions. The nations most sweeping conscience law for health care providers as well as the most liberal law in the nation regarding emergency contraception has requested all the pharmacies to dispense emergency contraception as it is revealed to be the cause of many state conflicts.

The Greek theologian, Clement Alexandria believes that the social and religious leaders throughout the history are making efforts to extinguish the method of contraception by intervening in the process of insemination. However, in the early 20th century opposition to birth control bans continued to grow causing an importation of this birth control for physicians on behalf of the patients health.
