Deal on pipeline near for Mackenzie: Ottawa

Hal Kvisle, the chief executive officer of Calgary, Alb.-based TransCanada Pipelines Ltd., announced the energy leader has changed its name to TransCanada Corp. TransCanada is handling financing for the equity stake of aboriginal groups in the Mackenzie Delta pipeline project.
