Developers trap Naive buyers

Article Abstract:

Developers who trap people with limited knowledge of either English or real estate law, making them vulnerable, largely created Colonias that dot the barren, unincorporated areas along the US Mexico border, from Texas to California. In colonias, people live in Third World conditions with ramshackle dwellings, dust unpaved roads, open sewage and kick of indoor plumbing, clean water or proper drainage.

Lesbian and gay studies since 1990s are becoming a basic course catalog at a growing minority of colleges and universities throughout the U.S with course titles of sexuality, homosexuality and queer studies. City college of San Francisco serving a large gay population offers "Survey of Gay and Lesbian Literature" course and started lesbian and gay studies department in 1989.

San Francisco's City College is the only school to have a full-fledged gay and lesbian studies department offering a bachelors degree in the field according to Professor Younger's online compilation. Chad Sell, a senior from Wisconsin University states that understanding queer homosexuality is part of understanding sexuality in general.
