Dimethaid, J&J sign deal for arthritis lotion distribution in the US

Article Abstract:

Dimethaid Research Inc has signed an agreement to sell the distribution rights of its Pennsaid topical arthritis lotion to MCneil Consumer Healthcare, a unit of New Jersey-based health care firm Johnson and Johnson. A significant non-refundable fee has been paid by Mcneil to gain the exclusive rights to sell Pennsaid in the US. Markham, Ontario, Canada- based Dimethaid is presently waiting for Pennsaid to be approved by regulators in the US, Canada and Great Britain.
