Baytex to acquire Triumph Energy
Article Abstract:
Baytex Energy Ltd. has reached a deal to acquire Triumph Energy Corp. for C$134 million. The deal is intended to combine Baytex's production of heavy oil with light oil and natural gas, both of which are more in demand.
