Foil for food scandal

Article Abstract:

A law banning a practice of packing uneaten food in a restaurant to be taken home is discussed. The statement of Condoleezza Rice that Iraq is on its way to freedom and is embracing democracy is criticized saying that the resources of the US are squandered on the military and too little spent on the needs of the people.
