Article Abstract:

A taskforce is setup to investigate the inappropriate, unlawful conduct and breaching of various laws by trade union officials or organizers and building industry workers, as identified by Cole Royal Commission. The building unions are opposing the concept of such taskforce, based on the proposal of an industry-specific Australian Building and Construction Commission, to tackle lawlessness or criminality in building industry.
