Harris under siege: teachers lead a labor uprising in Ontario

Article Abstract:

Harris is committed to overhauling the province's educational system through his controversial legislation Bill 160. However, teachers' unions are opposed to the bill and have staged the largest strike in Canada's history. They are also angry about Harris's plan to cut $500-667 million in education funds.
