'Hell and then heaven.' (speed skating gold medalist Sylvie Diagle) (1992 Winter Olympics)

Article Abstract:

Speed skater Sylvie Diagle won the gold medal in the 3,000 meter relay race, for which the Canadian team set a world record. The victory was sweet for Diagle, who was disqualified form her strongest event, the 500 meter short track race.

Article Abstract:

The Canadian hockey team won the silver medal at the 1992 Winter Olympic Games. The medal is the first that Canada has won in hockey since the 1968 games. Other Olympic highlights are presented.
