Magna to rename auto interior unit in preparation for IPO

Aurora, Ont.-based Magna International Inc. has announced that it will rename its Magna Interiors unit as InTier, appointing Don Walker as the unit's new chief. InTier, which will postpone its initial public offering, has reported annual sales of approximately $3 billion.
