Make that Mr. Dilbert

Article Abstract:

Scott Adams is a cartoonist who portrays Mr. Dilbert as a manager who is mean and clueless. For years, Adams has refused to be a boss, but in 1999, he hired a food-industry consultant and launched a line of meatless, vitamin packed burritos. In 1998, he opened an eatery, which is run by Stacey Linkhart. Adam's philosophy about being a boss is the ability to fire employees. He also believes that 80% of good management is hiring the right people and the other 20% is leaving them alone to do the job.
