Fracmaster founder wants his money

Article Abstract:

Calgary, Alberta-based Fracmaster Ltd.'s founder, Alfred Balm, seeks to secure the final C$281.4-million installment payment from the sale of his shares in the company. Balm clarified that he is not interested in assuming control of Fracmaster, an oil-field services firm. Balm's clarifications, in effect, disproved speculations that he will reassume control of Fracmaster instead of seeking the final installment payment of his share sale.
