OSC penalizes Costello

Article Abstract:

The Ontario Securities Commission imposed a $300,000 penalty on Brian Costello, a financial advisor, for securities rules violations. The OSC charged Mr. Costello with not reporting a conflict of interest and not registering as a financial advisor.
