Creative, an underground organ transplant business operating out of a Toronto industrial mall, supplies desperate but cash-rich patients with human kidneys from China. The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario is discouraging physicians from performing the involved surgeries.

Radiologists warn of 'substandard' care

A new 23-page report says that Canadian hospitals and clinics rely on outdated diagnostic equipment. The report, which was prepared by the Canadian Association of Radiologists, will be presented in hearings held by a government committee on social affairs, science and technology.
