Article Abstract:

Eating disorders specialists foresee much difficulties in the treatment of eating disorders. Theincreasing costs involved in the long term treatment of the disease is a primary problem which must be addressed. This issue hinders the establishment of additional treatment facilities such as residential treatment centers for patients who cannot afford the expenses involved in treatment. And health companies are further complicating the problem with its policies regarding insurance coverage. However, the only cost-effective treatment of eating disorders is helping individuals to improve their self-image.

Article Abstract:

An increasing number of women will be affected by the AIDS epidemic in the year 2000. Sexually active teenagers and those engaged in illegal drug use have been identified as the population of women greatly at risk for AIDS. And unless an effective cure for AIDS is discovered, the government will continue to be inundated by demands for pressure groups and activists for funding of research, prevention and treatmentprograms for AIDS.
