Paying the price for higher learning

Article Abstract:

The ways to help students manage getting enough funds to finance their university or college degrees, by concentrating on having a better understanding of the costs, and a realistic plan of how to pay for them are discussed. It is suggested that students must manage their funds by laying out a financial road map for life beyond high school.

The call centers handling toll free customer service for Canadian financial services has become high-tech with the application of a new software. The calls would be directed to a customer service agent based on a variety of parameters of the caller like the profitability, account size, call volume etc.

Air Canada restructuring plan draws praise from analysts

Article Abstract:

Analysts are happy with Air Canada's aggressive restructuring plan suggesting that the country's largest airline could be profitable in the third quarter of the year 2004. Air Canada is planning to cut its fleet size and to operate with smaller planes in order to cut costs and increase efficiency.
