Pearson airport blasts Milton: Accuses Air Canada CEO of being 'architect' of battle over user fees

Article Abstract:

Air Canada's chief executive officer Robert Milton who is accused of masterminding the battle over the domestic and international airlines' rising landing and other user fees, is described. Officials of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) view this as an attack on the national airports policy, the federal government, Pearson International Airport and the city of Toronto.

Airlines seen less willing to settle beefs

Article Abstract:

The Air Travel Complaints Commissioner of Canada said that airlines are less willing to financial settle customer complaints. Commissioner Liette Lacroix Kenniff said that airlines are too cash-strapped to settle such complaints financially.
