New Zealand and Australian medical researchers have begun a study on the use, risk, and efficacy of albumin after a controversial study linked the blood drug with increased mortality rates. People complaining of flu symptoms may be infected with respiratory syncytial virus, a finding that underscores the importance of proper diagnosis before the prescription of anti-influenza treatments. A breakthrough in the treatmentof heroin addiction has been announced.
