Airline service criticized

Article Abstract:

Airlines have become the target of passenger complaints and consumer-protection legislation by Congress, and as a result, the 14 largest airlines agreed to accept customer-service standards on quoting fares, ticket refunds, luggage returns, onboard delays and other issues.
