Shell makes massive natural gas discovery

Shell Canada Ltd., the Calgary energy company, has discovered a massive natural gas reservoir in central Alberta, which could contain up to 800 billion cubic feet of raw gas. The discovery, the company's largest since 1987, has raised hopes that central Alberta, the birthplace of the Canadian oil industry, might still contain huge undiscovered deposits.
