Should annual testing to be extended to high school?

Article Abstract:

The views of the president of Alliance for Excellent Education Bob Wise, and the Executive Director of American Association of School Administrators Paul Houston, regarding the idea of extending annual testing to high school are presented. While Wise believes that testing students during their school years has the potential to provide data on their progress, Houston opposes the issue by arguing that students should be given opportunities to receive hands-on learning.
