Article Abstract:

The price of refined oil is steadily increasing and further, sustained increases are believed to hike petrol prices from levels of $1.10 to $1.15 a liter to about the $2 mark. This would affect not only the motorists but also the economy as Inflation would rise, spending would drop and the government would need to consider board new measures to keep growth on track.
