TD, Repap reject ex-chairman's lawsuit

Repap Enterprises Inc and Toronto-Dominion Bank are being sued for $25 million by former Repap Chmn Steven Berg. Berg alleges the bank and Repap CEO Stephen Larson conspired to expel him from the company to continue utilizing Repap finances for their own purposes.

Steven Berg, the former chairman of Repap Enterprises Corporation Inc., has filed a $25 million lawsuit against Repap and Toronto Dominion Bank. Repap, which is a paper maker, has been accused of financial irregularities by Mr. Berg.
