Peter principle eludes John

Article Abstract:

Australian Prime Minister John Howard backpedaled furiously on his comments made September 2005 that the 47% top income tax rate was too high and he would like to see it cut. Prime time

Article Abstract:

John Howard, Prime Minister of Australia, wants to break the record of his predecessors as the longest-serving Prime Minister. Any liberal tensions caused by a decision of Howard to stay on would be more than outweighed by Labor's leadership troubles.
